We are open from Nov 1st. though May. The weather remains quite comfortable until June. Unit #1 accommodates up to three people, unit 2 accommmadates up to 2 people. The nightly rental price for Apartment #1 and #2 is $55 U.S. for 2 people and $62 US for three people. I will rent #1 &2 for $330 a week, $1200 a month. Unit #3 can accommodate up to 4 people with a nightly rate of$65 US for two and $75 US for four. It rents from Jan through Easter (for 1 or 2 people) on a monthly ($50 a night) or bimonthly($55 a night) only basis beginning on the 1st of each month. For November and December #3 rents for $65 a night, $390 a week. We require a minimum stay of three days. After Easter greater discounts are available.
One half of the full amount must be paid in a non refundable deposit within five business days from the date a reservation is made. The deposit, less $35, will be returned if you cancel 30 days or more before the reservation begins; or for the portion of your cancelled reservation period we are able to rent the apartment for, less $35 dollars handling charge. You can make your deposit with credit or debit cards through my Pay Pal account by clicking the Pay Now paypal logo below, or a wire transfer to my U.S. bank account, or by depositing in my Mexican Bancomer account.
