The Posada / Inn
The Inn will be closed from May 14th to November 1st. We will continue taking reservations through this time.
The Inn (Posada) is situated on the north east corner of town on a hillside overlooking the village and Chacala Bay. The jungle stretches out to the east of the Inn. This location often has a cooling breeze and provides beautiful views of the ocean, the village and the surrounding jungle.
Each bungalow offers an ocean view, as seen through a large sliding glass door opening on to a patio. Each has a queen-sized bed, fully outfitted kitchen, hot shower, and purified water. Apartments 1 and 2 are on the first floor and share a patio. They each have seperate bedrooms. Apartment # 1 also has a day bed in the kitchen area which is separate from the bedroom and can accommodate up to 3 people. Apartment 3 is on the third floor, with a large private patio. This apartment also has a double futon which is in the same room as the queen bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Wi-Fi is present in every apartment and Lance has over a hundred DVDs available for your viewing pleasure. (If you have a laptop to view them with)
There is also a rooftop patio with a panoramic view of the surrounding hillsides, Chacala village, and the bay. The tropical garden in back which adjoins the neighboring jungle is shady and has a cooling breeze most afternoons and is a quiet pleasant place to sit and contemplate this earthly paradise. The Fresh Breeze Inn is situated on a hill on a dead end road on the edge of the village.
