Apartment #2 is situated on the south side (the right side facing the front of the Inn) of the first floor in the building.

Apartment #2 Features:

  • All water running through the Inn is safe to drink due to our ultraviolet purification system
  • A Front Room with a kitchen that includes: A  large, screened sliding glass door, which leads to an outdoor patio with a table and chairs.  A well equipped kitchen which includes: a refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner gas range with a small oven, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker, stainless steel sink with drainboard, cooking and eating utensils, salt, pepper, cooking oil and purified water. Local coffee beans are provided as well for your morning pleasure. A wood and tile kitchen table with upholstered wooden chairs, and a ceiling fan.
  • A thin day bed that can sleep one person. This bungalow sleeps up to 3 people.
  • A Bedroom With: A queen sized bed, night stands with lamps and a ceiling fan. A large table where luggage can be placed.
  • A Bathroom With: A tiled hot water shower, towels, a vanity with a large oval hand painted Mexican sink and a mirror.
  • A patio shared with unit 1 with a gas barbeque, a table, chairs, lounge chairs and a sun umbrella surrounded by bougainvilleas overlooking the village and the sea.
  • Beach towels, easily carried beach chairs , a beach umbrella,  and boogie boards.

Rates:

For Apartment 2, the minimum stay is one week with the nightly rate of $62 for one or two guests. For stays of a month or more, the nightly rate is $54.

The spare bed in Apartment 2 is narrow and can sleep one person. An extra guest is $8/night.

You may request a shorter stay if it is to fill an opening of less than a week between existing reservations.

For stays shorter than a week, the rate is $67 per night.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation via paypal, or a wired in bank deposit to my bank in the US or Bancomer in Mexico. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.  To make a reservation or for more information, go to Reservations

A handling fee of 10% or $50.00 (whichever is larger) will be charged.    No refunds are given if  notice is received less than 42 days  before the reservation period begins.  You can make your deposit with credit or debit cards through my Pay Pal account by clicking the Pay Now paypal logo below, or a wire transfer to my U.S. bank account, or by depositing in my Mexican Bancomer account.
