Reservation Policy

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the full amount is required within three business days from the date a reservation is made. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

You may make your deposit with credit or debit cards through our Pay Pal account, or a wire transfer to our U.S. bank account, or by depositing in our Mexican Bancomer account. Please contact us first to finalize your reservation and to establish the amount of the deposit.

Refunds:
Refunds will be given if a written request is received at least 6 weeks (42 days) prior to check-in date. A handling fee of 10% or $50.00 (whichever is larger) will be charged. No refunds are given if notice is received less than 6 weeks before the reservation period begins.

Apartment 1:  One extra guest (beyond 2) add $10/night; two extra guests add $17/night. Apartment 2: No Extra Guests. Rates are in $US.   April through December 20 are discounted 30%.
